Our story
A sajji house on Jhang Road
Sajji began in Balochistan: a whole animal, salt, spices, skewers, and a ring of open coals. Asia Restaurant and Sajji House brings that same fire to Jhang Road in Toba Tek Singh — chickens and mutton roasting slowly around the flames, the way sajji has always been made.
The house has grown famous for two things at once: its sajji and its grilled fish, which reviewers call the best taste in Toba and around. Around them sits a full desi kitchen — karahis tossed on high flame, malai boti off the grill, biryani and pulao, and kheer to finish.
It is a place built for gatherings: friends around a full sajji, families sharing a karahi, travellers stopping on the Jhang Road run. Come hungry — the coals are already lit.
